Hello (:
Today I woke up at 12noon.. No one woke me up so... I was left there to sleep ^^
Uhh but got told off when I went down for 'breakfast' which I skipped.
I helped make carbonara for lunch. Yummy (:
But needed more salt. I like salt :D
After lunch, I got Lollipop - Big Bang ft 2NE1(Or isit the other way round o_o) on piano :D
Nick and Dad went to play golf.
Mum stayed at home with me.
We decided to make scones. But I wanted to make myself so I won't get nagged at lol.
So I chased her to go watch tennis.
Quite successful ^^
It tastes nice, the texture. I'll put pics up later...

Here's the recipe, if you want it:

SCONES (Makes 12)

Ingredients:
- 3 cups of self raising flour
- 1 table spoon of caster sugar
- 80g of butter, chopped
- 1 cup of milk

Method:
1) Preheat oven 220 degrees celcius. Sprinkle some self raising flour over a flat baking tray.
2) Sift self raising flour into a medium bowl. Add sugar. Using your fingertips, rub butter into self raising flour mixture until it resembles fine breadbrumcs.
3) Add milk. Use a flat bladed knife(Anything will do I think) to mix until dough begins to come together. Turn onto a lightly floured surgace and knead gently until dough comes together(This part is very sticky..)
4) Flatten dough with palm of your hand until 2cm thick. Use a 5cm cutter to cut out scones. Place onto baking tray 1cm apart. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until golden and cooked through.(You can shape it with your hands if you don't have a cutter like I did.)
5)Serve warm with jan and cream ^^.

It's nice. Try it if you want. (:

Seeya (:
